Acceptable Stay Near the Station

The hotel had a great location near the train station. The staff were friendly. Allison and Ivy were especially helpful. There was also a nice gym available , I found it convenient.
The room I stayed in felt quite small. It also seemed noisy. I could hear sounds from other rooms. The breakfast room was in the basement, not ideal for me.

Excellent Stay Near Milano Centrale

The hotel is a short walk from Milano Centrale station. It is also conveniently close to the metro. The staff was very friendly and helpful . I even received a complimentary room upgrade and some free drinks.
Soundproofing in my room was inadequate. I could clearly hear noises from neighboring rooms during the night. This made it somewhat difficult to sleep soundly.

The hotel has great accessibility. It is a five-minute walk to the train and metro stations. This location made transportation very easy for exploring the area. The convenience was certainly appreciated.

The front desk staff offered professional service. Dario and Allyson were particularly kind and helpful. Adrianna surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco. The staff remembered our honeymoon, and it was a very sweet gesture.

the location was ideal as it was close to the central station. my room was quiet, and i slept well each night. isabella at the front desk provided excellent support, and her warmth stood out. the breakfast included tasty options.
The elevator was very small. Sometimes, i had to wait to use it.

mixed feelings about the stay.
poor soundproofinginconvenient breakfast
The soundproofing in my room was terrible. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including conversations and bathroom noises! this made it very hard to sleep well, and it was quite frustrating. also, the breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am. this was really inconvenient because i needed to catch an early train. It is bad for business travelers like me.
